Advising Organizations at the Intersection of AI, Risk, Security, and Commercial Intelligence
Enterprise AI is reshaping how organizations compete, govern, and make strategic decisions. Success depends on more than implementing technology it requires leadership, governance, security, and a clear understanding of business value.
Nelc Digital partners with executives to help organizations adopt AI with confidence, combining strategic advisory with practical governance, security, and commercial insight.
Every AI Decision Is a Business Decision
AI should never exist in isolation from business strategy.
Organizations achieve sustainable value when AI initiatives are aligned with executive priorities, governed responsibly, secured by design, and measured against real business outcomes.
This philosophy shapes every engagement at Nelc Digital.
Lawrence Emenike
Lawrence brings a multidisciplinary perspective to enterprise AI, shaped by experience across commercial banking, public-sector strategy, enterprise operations, digital transformation, product development, analytics and AI engineering across the UK, Europe and Nigeria. This cross-industry experience gives him a practical understanding of both sides of the AI problem: the technology itself and the commercial, operational and governance environments in which it has to work. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance, an ACCA affiliation, and a Harvard certification in Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence, alongside professional certifications across data science, AI engineering, product management, data governance, cybersecurity and AI security.
His work now sits at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, security and implementation, helping organizations move from AI experimentation to systems that can operate securely, responsibly and create measurable business value. He serves as Deputy Chief Councillor of the Data Governance & Security Council at the Global Alliance for Artificial Intelligence (GAFAI) and as a Contributing Author to the OWASP AI Exchange, contributing to the emerging thinking around AI security and governance.
This combination of executive-level perspective, technical capability, commercial experience and cross-industry exposure enables him to bridge a gap that is often difficult to fill: connecting what an organization wants AI to achieve with what it takes to build, govern and secure it in reality.
